RED PASSIÓ
Great Reserve wine from our winery. Emblematic and traditional, with a long aging in French and Hungarian American oak barrels (minimum 14 months), which gives it a very special personality and complexity. Needs to breathe to express the complex and mature notes of his long aging. Indicated to accompany well-cooked vegetables: all types of meats, roasts and the long desks of our Mediterranean culture.

CAVA PARATÓ BRUT NATURE Rsva.
Reserva Cava aged for more than 24 months in our cellars. When disgorging, we don’t add any dosage, keeping the minimum residual sugar level. Dry, serious, round and matured. It is therefore a cava brut nature to accompany any dish except sweet desserts.
CAVA PARATÓ BRUT Rsva organic
Reserva Cava where the fruit is the protagonist. Minimum aging of 15 months in our cellars. During the disgorging, we add the dosage that gives its personality and enhances the fruity notes of Brut. Ideal to accompany a meal from entering until dessert or aperitif.
NEGRE PARATÓ SAMSÓ 2019 organic
Varietal wine where we wanted to rediscover the variety Samsó (Cariñena), which is always been worked in Penedès. It comes from the only two plots located in Guardiola de Font-rubí planted in 1976. A full wine with structure, but elegant and round, nothing heavy, gentle and kind in the palate. Ideal with most typical dishes of the cuisine of our country based with meat, sausages and roasts.
WHITE PARATÓ XAREL·LO
Xarel.lo varietal wine produced from old vines. This is the variety that is, par excellence, indigenous to the Penedés region, which stands out for its elegance, complexity and structure. A fruity wine that is persistent in the mouth, well rounded and with a very marked Mediterranean character. A great wine to accompany first courses, rice dishes and fish soups.
WHITE ÀTICA 3x3
Complexity: 3 varieties of grapes aged in three different types of wood. The aim of this wine is to enjoy the fruit combined with the wood. It will evolve favourably in the next 2-3 years. Ideal to accompany, pastas, rice dishes, grilled vegetables and fish stew dishes with some consistency.
RED VINYA SANTA CLARA
Monovarietal from the plot "Santa Clara" planted in the year 1991, which is characterized by having a clay-sandy soil, calcareous very poor in organic matter. The structure and potency of the variety that we obtain in this type of terroir, is softened by the delicate work in the winery, obtaining a rich, fruity wine, decided, expressive, but at the same time soft, harmonious, cheerful and vivacious. It is a pure wine, not made up by wood, a symphony of flavors and nuances inside the glass.
NEGRE FINCA RENARDES
A wine with commitment, versatile, gentle, subtly tuned in oak barrels. Well-structured but kind, in its tasting, it is emphasized the aromas and tastes of red fruits. Good combination with white and red meats, sausages, and even with pasta and some stewed fish.
ROSÉ PARATÓ PINOT NOIR
100% Pinot Noir. Exceptional varietal wine that offers an explosion of intense aromas and flavours of red berries. Delicate, fun, suggestive, and elegant, its tasting will not leave anyone indifferent. Many possibilities of pairing: from snacks, salads, pastas and rice dishes to fish and smooth meats.
CAVA ÀTICA EXTRA-BRUT GRAN RESERVA
Cava Extra Brut Gran Reserva: With a minimum aging of 30 months on lees, it brings great complexity both aromatically and on the palate, with broad and elegant nuances of ripe fruit and the effects of aging on yeast. It pairs well with a meal from start to finish, including both cold and hot appetizers, as well as braised meats and baked fish. An excellent aperitif on hot days.
WHITE XAREL·LO BRISAT
White wine produced like a red wine, macerated with the skins, without added sulphites or yeasts. It is a free wine, with minimal intervention. It is also a memory of our ancestors, a wine like our grandparents made, natural, authentic, a festival of aromas, flavors, sensations that do not leave indifferent. A wine of history and knowledge.
CAVA FINCA RENARDES
Cava with a minimum of 1 year of aging; generous, friendly, traditional and noble. Ideal for pairing with all the possibilities offered by our Mediterranean cuisine.
